  • To request a refund, you need to bring the whole story into the notice of technical support authorities within 30 days of subscription to let them look into the matter.
  • Any services offered under the special discounted schemes or offers will not be entertained or refunded.
  • No matter new or existing roku user, you must fulfill all the requirements specified on the website.
  • Note: Roku-help.com holds the right not to process the refund in case you file the complaint after 24 hours of invoice creation.
  • In the refund policy, it is stated that the user will get the complete refund for its complaint in case we will fail to resolve the problem.
  • Also, we make it clear that delays in the services from our side will be considered as the inconvenience to the clients and we take the responsibility of refunding the money back in genuine cases.
